# Discovery Tech

Discovery Tech trains protection and control and telecommunications technologists for electrical utilities. The site is for prospective students of the March 2027 cohort. Prices below are the published CAD and USD figures; they are not an exchange pair.

## Facts

- Tuition sale (ends November 20, 2026): full time 10k CAD for Canadian Students or 8k USD for American Students; part time 15k CAD for Canadian Students or 12k USD for American Students. Those are 20% off the regular prices (12.5k CAD / 10k USD full time; 18.75k CAD / 15k USD part time). All major tools, parts and materials are included. Students should expect to spend about $500 on small hand tools. Optional test equipment is not included.
- The March 2027 winter intake is limited. A seat count is not published.
- Accreditation is underway and expected in 2029.
- Level 1 does not require relocation. Level 2 field work is paid, and travel is usually paid by the industry partner.
